Chief Financial Officer
Judy Turnbull began her career as a Computer Programmer in the United States Air Force in 1972, operating machines establishing the maintenance schedules for B-52 Stratofortress strategic aircraft at Kelly Air Force Base.
After leaving the military, Judy attended Southern Oregon University where she received her degree in Computer Science and Accounting in 1977. She then proceeded to manage a number of housing complexes and did accounting for a construction company until 1982. The construction company became involved in the construction of Wendy’s restaurants which resulted in Judy and her husband, Mike, owning twenty-seven franchises throughout California until 1995.
At the same time, Judy and Mike were the startup managers for Valley Fire Service in southern Oregon and stayed on as members of the Executive Board for the company.
In 1990, Judy and Mike purchased Rescue 3 International and later founded The Rescue Source, where she continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Information Technology Director.
Judy splits her time between her home in Elk Grove, California, and a ranch in Chiloquin, Oregon. She and Mike have two daughters, Jennifer and Holly, and three grandchildren, Donnie, Jay, and Hannah.
