Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Instructor (SRTI)
The Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Instructor (SRTI) pathway is designed for teaching personnel with a swiftwater and flood capability up to Technician level.
Prerequisites:
- Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician (SRT) (24 hours) at least twice
- Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Advanced (SRTA) (24 hours)
- EMT, Wilderness First Responder (WFR), or equivalent medical certification appropriate for the environment in which they will be working

- Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Assessment
Qualification valid for:
2 years

- Swiftwater and Flood First Responder (SFR)
- Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician (SRT)
- Water Awareness and Safety (WAS)
- Safe Work Near Water (SWNW)
- Safe Work In Water (SWIW)
- Flood Operations (FO)
- Rescue from Vehicles in Water (RVW) after attending a Rescue from Vehicles in Water Course or Workshop
