Air Monitoring Instructor (AMI)

The Air Monitoring Instructor course enables the Instructor to teach the gas detection courses.

Prerequisites

• Air Monitoring Qualified Person (AMQP)
• Confined Space Rescue Technician (CSRT)
• EMT, Wilderness First Responder (WFR), or equivalent workplace emergency medical certification

Instructor training & assessment

Observe, assist & be assessed by Confined Space Rescue Instructor Trainer (CSR-IT) and/or as agreed upon with Rescue 3’s International Office

Qualification valid for

2 years

Able to teach

Basic Air Monitoring (BAM)
Air Monitoring Qualified Person (AMQP)
